SecureSafe Registration in E-Banking

Prerequisites:
If not already done, enable 2-factor authentication for SecureSafe Login as follows:

Smartphone app

1.

Start the SecureSafe app and log in.

2.

Select the Settings menu, followed by Security and then 2-factor authentication.

3.

Select the country.

4.

Register your mobile phone number.

5.

Select Enable 2-factor authentication.

6.

Confirm the changes with Update mobile number.

 

Web Browser

1.

Open SecureSafe https://app.securesafe.com/app/#/login and log in.

2.

In the menu below your profile name (top right in the title bar) select Settings.

3.

Select Contact.

4.

Register your mobile phone number.

5.

Select Login and password.

6.

Select Secure login with username, password and SMS (mTAN).

7.

Confirm the changes with Save and close.

Registration

1.

In the E-Banking main menu, select Documents.

2.

Select Register.

3.

Write down the displayed code for registration token 1.

4.

Select SecureSafe Portal (or close the window with X at the top right and then select the SecureSafe Portal link).

5.

In the Security code 1 field, enter the Registration token 1 code from step 3.

6.

In the Security code 2 field, enter the code that you received via push notification in the E-Banking Login app on your smartphone.

7.

Select Continue.

8.

Select Use existing account.

9.

Enter your user name and password for your personal account in the SecureSafe login mask.

10.

Select Login.

11.

Enter the password received via SMS on your smartphone.

12.

Complete the registration with Finish Login.

 


Open SecureSafe from E-Banking

1.

In the E-Banking main menu, select Documents.

2.

Enter the code received via SMS.

3.

Select Finish Login.
