2 - Initial registration for E-Banking

What do you need?
Smartphone, welcome letter with contract number, registration letter with QR code 

To use E-Banking or mobile banking for the first time, please follow the steps below:

1.

You will receive two separate information letters from the bank by post with a time delay:

  • A welcome letter with your personal E-Banking contract number
  • A registration letter with your personal E-Banking registration code as a QR code

Important notice:
Please note that the registration code is only valid for 30 days. If it expires, please follow the instructions under Expired registration code.

2.

Scan the QR code of your operating system provider with the camera of your smartphone and then click on the link displayed to go to the corresponding App Store.

Install the Dreyfus Login app on your smartphone.

 

 

4.

Open the Dreyfus Login app.

5.

Allow the app to send you notifications.

6.

Tap the QR code icon (Tap to Scan) at the bottom right.

7.

Allow the app to take pictures and videos to activate the camera.

8.

Scan the QR code on the letter entitled Registration E-Banking.

9.

In the Username field, enter the contract number from the Welcome to Dreyfus E-Banking letter.

10.

Select Click to register. You will then receive a 6-digit code by SMS.

11.

Enter the 6-digit code in the Password / Code field.

12.

Select Click to register.

13.

Confirm the message Success with OK.
